VEMCOM is a neutral procurement and manufacturing partner with no product portfolio of its own – so there are no conflicts of interest, and your development and IP rights stay with you. Instead of assembly alone, we offer a one-stop shop from procurement through assembly to the tested complete device – combined with strong procurement expertise (including hard-to-find and equivalent parts) as well as final assembly and testing in Germany. Behind us stands the Voltatron group with its certified sister companies.
VEMCOM supports projects across the entire cycle: design-for-manufacturing and design-for-cost in the concept phase, test development and prototyping, sourcing of critical and alternative components, high-volume PCB assembly as well as final assembly (box build), testing and logistics. This way you receive components, assemblies or complete devices from a single source – either as an individual service or as a complete solution with DDP delivery.
Yes. Alongside PCBs, assembled boards (PCBA) and box build, VEMCOM also supplies electronic components (focus on critical & equivalent parts), metal and plastic parts, enclosures and custom cable assemblies – on request as a complete solution with DDP delivery and logistics coordination. As a neutral manufacturing partner with no products of its own, VEMCOM ensures your development and IP rights stay with you.
Through an established, locally supervised partner network in Asia (incl. China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia), VEMCOM sources electronic components – with a focus on critical and equivalent parts – as well as high-volume PCB assembly. China-free configurations are available on request; final assembly and testing take place in Germany.
Manufacturing partners are selected on site and continuously quality-assured by our own staff. Final test and final assembly take place in Germany, complemented by systematic quality controls and full traceability. Our German sites support projects across the entire cycle – from development through (re-)design to start of production.
On customer request, VEMCOM configures programs entirely without Chinese components – sourcing from Vietnam, Indonesia or other non-China locations, with source diversification for critical components. This is especially important for regulated and safety-critical applications with geopolitical compliance requirements.
We achieve this through diversified sourcing, targeted safeguarding of critical components and production redundancy within the Voltatron group. In the event of shortages, we respond early with qualified substitute components.
Yes. VEMCOM is a neutral development and manufacturing service provider with no product portfolio of its own – there are no conflicts of interest. The rights to developments always remain with you.
We offer RoHS-/REACH-compliant manufacturing and conflict-minerals compliance on request. VEMCOM's own ISO certification is being established; within the Voltatron group, the sister companies GMS, EKM and KOMITEC are certified to ISO 9001 and 13485 and handle the key manufacturing steps for regulated programs (e.g. medical technology, ISO 13485).
